SPTF Social Investor Working Group: Special Session to Coordinate Responses on COVID

With financial service providers and their customers suffering from the COVID crisis, how will investors be affected? How should social investors respond? While this crisis is unique in many ways, our community has experienced the value of social responsibility in tempering the effects of previous crises. Our focus is on collective action and coordination.

Let's come together and discuss the issues weighing heavily on our minds. On this call, the panelists will discuss: 

• How SPTF can best support you as social investors during this crisis. 
• How SPTF can best support your investees during this crisis, such as developing materials focused on responsible staff and client treatment.
• Industry partners' responses and plans so far, with the aim to reduce duplication of efforts.
• Ways to jointly develop principles for best practice amid this crisis. SPTF is reaching out to MFI partners to learn about their staff and client management during the crisis, and we will share this information on the call.
