2018 State of the Sector: Synthesis Report
Based on a survey conducted from July to September of 2017 on graduation implementations, this report shares data gathered by the questionnaire on locations of programs, types of organizations involved, costs and size of implementations, target segments, contexts for implementation and components included in the graduation package. It provides an overview, identifies trends, and provides analysis of implementations.
The Partnership for Economic Inclusion (PEI) intends that these survey results serve as a resource for policymakers, funders, and implementers of government, international agency and non-governmental organization (NGO) programs, as well as for researchers, technical assistance (TA) providers, and others involved in graduation programming.
