- Inform members about reporting;
- Prepare a regional program;
- Provide training.
- Country Level Networks (CLNs) should:
- Commit to collecting data and disseminating information;
- Develop tools for monitoring performance standards;
- Train members to use the tool.
- MFIs should: Submit regular information to networks.
