Upcoming Deadline for the European Microfinance Award 2019!

The EUR 100,000 European Microfinance Award 2019 "Strengthening Resilience to Climate Change" is open to all organizations active in the financial inclusion sector that provide products and services to help vulnerable communities become more resilient to the effects of climate change.

This year features many changes to the Award: eligibility has been broadened to include non-financial institutions that collaborate with financial service providers, and a new two-stage application process has been created, featuring a fully revamped and shortened application.

The closing date for short-form applications is 9 April 2019, 23:59 pm CET. Applicants who successfully qualify for the second round will be invited to submit full-form applications during the first half of May.
