May 31st Deadline Fast Approaching for SME Global Finance Awards Competition

The Global SME Finance Awards competition was established to recognize the commitments and achievements of financial institutions and fintech companies in delivering outstanding products and services to their SME clients and the SME segment.

Award Categories:

• Product Innovation of the Year.
• SME Financier of the Year (watch a recording of an information session).
• Best Financier for Women Entrepreneurs.
• Sustainable Bond of the Year, and each institution can submit an entry in each category.

Special awards will be given in the SME Financier of the Year and the Product Innovation of the Year categories for entries that present work and innovations focused on any of the World Bank’s designated IDA countries and/or fragile and conflict-affected situations (FCS).

The application for the award is free.  Entries are judged by a committee of independent industry experts.  There are both regional and global awards given at the Gala Awards Dinner at the Global SME Finance Forum, taking place on 12-14 September in Mumbai, India.
