Baseline Study on Digital Remittances: Highlights
The slide deck is a supplement to the official and peer reviewed CGAP Working Paper "Jordanians and Syrian Refugees: Remittances and Financial Services Use" (February 2018).
The slide deck highlights the main findings from a quantitative analysis of key remittances patterns and behaviors of low-income Jordanians and Syrian refugees in Jordan. Findings from this study will contribute to a better understanding of the demand, usage, and preferences of current and potential customers of both formal and informal domestic payments and international person-to-person (P2P) remittance services.
