Recruitment of a Firm as a Learning and Impact Partner for Access to Finance Rwanda

The scope for the learning and impact partner is to:

  • Collaboratively define the organization’s learning agenda and framework including its learning questions and the activities required to answer the questions outlined in the RFP and identify methods for the effective dissemination of the learning. 
  •  Support packaging of AFR phase II and III achievements, especially the social impact that is being generated based of market systemic changes approach (AAER).
  •  Contribute to the design of evaluations, studies, and research that will capture lessons and incremental impact that can contribute to the learning agenda and adaptive management of the different programs and projects. 
  • Provide strategic learning and impact assessment insights into the design and monitoring of projects, investments, or interventions to maximize AFR’s developmental impact. 
  • Appraise and consolidate learning across AFR’s interventions and activities. 
  • Conceptualize and oversee the development of learning and impact collection tools to be used internally and shared to the broader sector. 
  • Facilitate internal and external learning sessions, where learning products are discussed to understand how the consolidated lessons can be implemented. 
  • Participate in portfolio and Quarterly review meetings to document what works and what doesn’t, based on robust and real time evidence and ultimately achieve greater impact.
