Impact of the COVID-19 Pandemic on Farmers: Kenya Report

The objective of the research was to assess the economic impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on farmers in Kenya to understand the extent of impact and identify areas that require short, medium, and long-term support.

The report highlights the findings of the dipstick research jointly funded by MSC and Swiss Capacity Building Facility. It captures a detailed analysis of the impact of COVID-19 on farmers and their coping strategies. It further provides recommendations for policymakers and financial service providers to support the farmers.
