Provided technical ICT, & e-Government assistance to the USTDA for the States of São Paulo & Ceará in structuring public-private partnerships projects for several Government Communications Infrastructure Projects. Provided technical assistance to the NTGL by carrying out a detailed review & diagnostic of the telecom sector in Liberia.
