Tasks/Responsibilities:

• Study the existing status of microcredit in Morocco;
• Analyze the new services that AMCs would like to offer and the demand for those services;
• Study of the international experience in the field of institutional transformation of AMCs;
• In-depth study of the recommended target structure taking into consideration the Moroccan environment and international experiences.

Skills/qualifications/experience:

• At least 10 years of working experience, evidenced by references;
• Advanced degree (Master’s or equivalent) in Economics/law and/or accounting/finance, a specialist in microfinance/microcredit and offering savings products to poor populations;
• In-depth knowledge of the financial sector, microfinance/microcredit and of potential problems arising during the institutional transformation of AMCs;
• Fluency in French (reporting) and English; Arabic is an asset.
