About the Event:
This course is highly appropriate both for established MFIs, with strong financial and organizational systems, which can be further strengthened through adding social performance management, and also for emerging MFIs who are building their systems – this is an opportunity to balance financial and social goals from the start. There is scope too for resource institutions and individuals supporting microfinance to learn more about this new field, and to apply this in their own work, and support to MFIs. The main training course is for four days. There is an optional 5th day for individuals who have completed the main course, and may in future mentor the introduction of the SPM process in partner MFIs.
