According to the review, the software has the following pros and cons:

• Pros:
  • Requires no IT expertise,
  • Has large range of features,
  • Offers software demonstration.
• Cons:
  • Suited for small MFIs,
  • Expensive,
  • Unprofessional interface,
  • Bugs and dead ends,
  • Locally limited applicability.

The paper rates the software average on functionality and services, but rates it poor on:

• Ease of use,
• Management reporting,
• Technical capability.
